On Wednesday, July 22, 2026, beginning at 5:00 AM ET, Imprivata will perform the second phase of scheduled maintenance on the Enterprise Access Management Cloud Token Service. The Cloud Token Service is expected to remain available throughout the maintenance window. While customer impact is not anticipated, some users may experience brief performance delays or isolated authentication issues during the maintenance. If you encounter an authentication issue, please try your request again. If the issue persists, contact Imprivata Support for assistance. Other cloud services will not be impacted, and no customer action is required. Imprivata will closely monitor the migration and respond promptly to any unexpected issues.
